- Most of the campus will be comprised of buildings for K-12 and preschool/daycare.
- The campus will include a church/community service building which will be adjacent to, and connected to some of the school buildings.
- The use of school buildings will be the purview of the school operator tenant.
- The church/community sector of the campus will include multi-purpose rooms such as auditoriums, large and small meeting rooms and cafeteria space that the school may also utilize.
- Larger campuses may also have a gymnasium and outside sports areas.
